The only ones not naked or burning (in hell?) are Trump standing above it all on a mushroom overlooking it and Elon in space looking down at it. Oh and Clinton with the guilty look on the tv screen knowing he was caught. I thought the guy without pants could be Dershowitz. But could be Podesta. or someone else. School bus is abramovic?

It did look like him when zoomed out, but the "hair" seems like the feet of a bird-like thing. The artist is pretty good at the faces, or she could have sketched over pasted photos as a layer.
