People are able to conceive people with birth defects, but that doesn’t mean that it’s part of God’s plan. It’s just part and parcel of living in a fallen world.
Maybe there are some tolerances for mixing. Maybe in extreme cases it’s an alternative to severe depopulation, but in most cases, it’s not in the best interest of either race involved.

As humans innovate from predefined nature. That will cause the predefined system to react.

These things will add oxidative stress to our bodies. Which will interfere with the procreation process.

If you don’t want to wait until the return of Christ to follow God’s rules, there’s always the Golden Rule. Those are different nations. Those are different cultures and languages.

There are people who think germanic people shouldn’t mix with slavic people. Or for a different example, there has been so much eastern european immigration into Ireland that there are fears the slavic people will breed the celtic people out of their own island. In most cases it’s best if germanics, slavics, and celtics stick to their own respective kind and stay out of each other’s regions. If there is crossing over, new groups are formed, such as Polish-Germans, who might not be loyal to the interests of Poles or Germans, and who are more susceptible to globalist agendas. The differences between these types of people would of course be more subtle than how different an African-German would be. All of the different white groups have lower rates of genes for psychopathy and low IQ than the black groups do. So with interwhite mixing, order can still be maintained with a little more effort, but with interracial mixing, nonwhite disorder becomes a serious threat to civilization. This can be extended to the new world, like the USA. Many American whites think of themselves as “mutts” of different European nationalities, but since they have some breed of European orderliness in their genes, they’ve made the USA the best country. European-Americans are very distinct from African-Americans in most metrics, especially the very important ones like crime, taxing/ spending deficits, average IQ, and patents per capita. I can still love black Americans and hope for the best for their women and children, without getting overly involved with them or having to sacrifice the identity of my own people. You can love your neighbors without becoming them.

That depends on what you prioritize as a person. You would need to expand on that.
For Example, I don't prioritize things in terms of what's in the best interest of black people.
That's because I cannot speak for all black people. That's because I do not have the same passions as all black people.

Is that ethnic groups are top-down pyramid structures.
That some group at the top tells your ethnic group certain rules. Then everyone in that group follows the rules because it's in their best interest.
I see ethnic groups as a flat structure. There is no what's in the best interest of the group.
That's a top-down model. A flat model operates more of a decentralized format. What's best for each individual.
