I believe an attempt was made on Scalia's life when he chose not to recuse himself from Cheney v. U.S. District Court in 2006. Opposition had his Rx laced with Polonium-210 at a compounding pharmacy. Place in his breathing treatments, it exacerbated his pulmonary condition, but was quickly discovered. This ultimately led to his death years later. An autopsy would have shown trace radionuclides, and thus was not preformed. Deep state used the same 'poison' (radioisotope) on Litvinenko a year later.
