Ok, I've looked deeper into that link and can't find what I'm looking for.
Here's the thing: the Left constantly says that some percentage of Americans support access to abortions,and their numbers vary from 68% to 75% or other numbers, depending on who you listen to.
Personally, I don't think that the support is that high among Americans and I have been trying to find a reliable number that I can respond with when I get into these conversations. I'm beginning to think that a reliable number doesn't exist, except in the feverish minds of the Left.
The article you posted is interesting as to reasons why women seek abortions, but the statistical support for abortion is an elusive number.

I believe at most that statistic is referring to only first trimester abortions which is actually very important and never stressed. Also if they’re willing to leave out that pertinent information then the statistic as a whole is likely hogwash.

Exactly! It’s not an abortion if the baby dies in utero and your body doesn’t naturally expel everything and they have to go in and clean you out. Same thing applies for ectopic pregnancies. The embryo implants in the Fallopian tubes instead of the uterus and the pregnancy is not viable, becomes excruciatingly painful, and can be life threatening. You will wind up in the ER and from everyone I know thats had one, they have to perform laparoscopic surgery to remove the embryo. Not an abortion.
An abortion is intentionally murdering a baby that, if left alone, would develop to full term and be born. The left though, has zero common sense and wants to act like in emergency situations or if a miscarriage is happening (in which case the baby has died naturally), women are flocking to abortion clinics by the thousands and would then be denied abortions and their lives put in danger. 🤦🏼♀️ If you’re having an emergency you will be going to the ER not an abortion clinic. If you go to an abortion clinic for an emergency they will reroute you to the hospital. It would be like going to an after hours clinic for a life threatening emergency. The clinic is going to route you to the ER as fast as humanly possible.
In the ER they will do whatever is necessary to save your life and that might include performing an emergency csection on a baby that more than likely won’t survive outside of the womb. But they don’t murder the baby intentionally. It’s something unfortunate that happens in emergency situations and if you don’t save the life of the mother then she will die and the baby will then die anyway so you do everything in your power to save the mother. But all the left can ree about is “women won’t be able to have abortions to save their life”. This is literally not a thing and conservatives buy into this talking point as well and even put it in bills saying that abortions are banned except when saving the life of the mother! 🤦🏼♀️
