89.5% voter turnout not impossible but highly improbable
I don't know if this 7.2million voter roll number is correct, but the total population of wisconsin is 5.822 million. So, 1.378 Million more voters than people in the state.
The numbers are correct, they dont take people off the voter rolls even after they die.
In Racine, many don't die.
and when they do, they vote democrat.
thats not really special or unique to racine.
that means that the mules were overly ambitious and very productive for their masters..... perhaps quite a bit too productive....
You may be reading that wrong, what the data shows is that there is possible 124% voter turnout, which is impossible of course.
Almost one and a half million more potential votes than voters.
I'm talking about readily available info from electionwi.gov
