What is happening at your work and were they mandating the jab? You may have enough facts to sue for their negligence and malfeasance. They overtstepped on these pointless, harmful mandates. You deserve to retire early from the assets of any company that did this to their own people. Talk to an employment attorney - fill out an online form such as at Thomas Renz law firm.
I work for a very large global bank, and they keep talking about how understaffed they are. Every single team and department is short. They mandated the jab too. And are only accepting applications from people who are fully vaxxed
I had to remind a coworker that having extreme pain and pressure in your chest while your lungs feel like they're burning 10 minutes after stepping off a plane isn't normal. That's blood clots.
We spoke today about what he'll be going through when they test for clots, if they find something, etc. D-Dimer, MRI, and a lot of possibilities from there.
We were in meetings earlier about workforce problems and needing to increase impacts.
I've been very patient in the past, especially these last few years, not asking for "extra", though the company has recognized my contributions and I've been blessed through them and elsewhere more than I think I deserve. But, man... I don't think it'd be out of line to ask people who keep going out on sick days if they know how they screwed up before we divy out any raises.
Agreed. Our sales force has openings nationwide. Applicants have to be be jabbed so not many applicants and the ones applying are underqualified from what I hear. Otherwise there's not many persons wanting to work regardless so the positions are not being filled. (thankfully we have not been required to get shots to keep our job)
This means the ones out there making it happen are being overwhelmed with our jobs to "meet numbers". The best way I can put it is, the ones that want to work are being pushed over the limit to the point that moral is truly at an all time low. You can't make goals and there is never a sense of achievement. Accolades are few and far between and there is directives to do more nearly every day. In all honesty when we talk to each other its always the same ending to the conversation..."What's the point?"
Sounds like a good time to ask for a raise.
Sounds like a good time to ask for their salaries to be added to yours.
Mine are off sick or sick not getting anything done at work.
