Alex has played into the idea as seen in the video, and claimed that Bill Hicks was also a character.

He jokes and exposes the truth at the same time.

Thus, Alex/Bill are alters of Person C.

Looking back, knowing what we know, doesn't Bill Hicks look like a giant fucking glowie?

When 'Alex' came out in the Austin BMV, i had him pegged.
