I find it kind of surprising that that Argawal dude appears to be cooperating with Musk's directives, especially since a) the deal isn't complete, and b) he's out of a job when it finally is. I would have expected delaying tactics and sabotage on the way out the door.
Which means the dude is either a total and complete beta, or he's nervous about something.
