1a Notice in that picture Obama has an open date , I dont know when picture was taken but seems to indicate that it a current presidents display.....

But lets say its former and Trump was put up after Jan 2021, why would there be an open date?

Former presidents: no display of FJB = makes sense, if he is in office, he is not "former president"

Open end for DJT: Yes, that is a very good point! No reason for that, after more than a year to NOT "terminate" the so much hated opponent.
