If I was facing 5 years in prison, I would want to do anything to make my life easier. I'm curious why you think they can't link him to anyone else, he could easily testify against Clinton.

I forget where I read it, but Durham has indicated he holding much larger charges over him that can be brought later.

The judge denied the "conspiracy" part of the case. They cant link it to anyone anymore. This case stands entirely on its own.
