So, I finally got into Truth Social today, thanks to u/kufkuf43.
One of my first followers was David Yeshua. I've noticed this account follows almost everyone. Especially new users like me. Who the heck is this and is this a bot program that is already following every single new account or something?

The one I have questions about is Trumplican party @republican party, I ain't following a bunch of rinos. Anyone know if they're MAGA or imposters?
For now, I am just following people from here, and verified accounts of MAGA supporting influencers. I made the mistake of following a bunch of rah, rah, types when I first went to Parlet after the election. I disliked the experience so much I never used Parler.

Yes I’ve noticed a lot of random people following me and I don’t post anything. It literally may just be Maga boomers that are getting on anything for the first time and do not know how to do social media. Or bots
Maybe. I don’t follow people unless they post good content. I’m not on there to make friends. I am on Truth to get important information i.e. memes.
I don’t post any content on Truth. Just a lurker so I’m not sure how they would even run across my account. So that’s weird like a bot or someone that is just doing it wrong.
same here - for Twitter or Truth I don't post anything just read and updoot.
If they are like me I go to the more prominent people and see who their followers are and who they are following and start following people. Some may be random, I'll weed out ones I dont care to follow later. @BWolf79

I got followed by half a dozen accounts on my first login, including a few that were misspelled and clearly fake. Stuff like “Benn Shapiro” and whatnot.
You are right. Bots will be part of all social media I suppose.
What drove me most crazy on Twitter is they always had the same 10 people at the top of the comment thread for every Trump post. Guys like Dr Gwu or something like that. Bots plus ranking algorithms were just disgusting.
No doubt. I just logged back into check, and it looks like those accounts have been deleted. So they’ve been finding the bots at least:
