None of the shenanigans going on will kill the sale of Twitter. The Twitter stock will continue to tank and when it's down to the bottom, Elan will scrap the deal because of Twitter's fraudulent SEC fillings. Twitter will be forced to sell for debt recovery and a fire sale will be held. In steps DWAC to pick up Twitter at fire sale prices. Brilliant Strategy.

yeah, the things I listed are literal weapons in this war. is this a arms deal with a foreign power surrendering territory and leaving the weapons behind?
