The only true religion on this planet is Christianity. However, some Christians still get it wrong. A basic research will reveal Yah and allah are not the same beings. There are some interesting theories about islam, especially how their end times mirrors Christians. Their “messiah” plays out the exact role as the antichrist and false prophet do in revelation.
Thernis no true religion. Religion IS all man made even the one some call Christianity. But, I say what my teacher said. Christianity is not a religion, it is the way of a Father with His children. Keep all your religion whatbever you call it its death.
What other word would you like me to use to replace the word religion in my original comment?
But on opposite sides
How do you know it’s the only true religion?
For me, it’s my personal experience . I wasn’t a believer until Jesus changed my heart. I “saw” Him and realized how wrong I was all this time. This was over a year ago now and was the craziest/best night of my life. I was in pure awe when He revealed Himself and it felt like all the weight of the world was lifted. Nothing is the same anymore but I couldn’t be happier. I feel the Holy Spirit everyday helping me. So when I say Christianity is the only true religion, I mean it’s the only true way and belief to salvation because Christians know Jesus to be Lord and the messiah and will come again. The only way to the Father is through the Son. This does not mean the “religion”is perfect, the church definitely has flaws, which is expected since we are human. But compared to the other religions in the world, Christianity’s core belief is the only true and perfect one.
Thanks for giving me a detailed, respectful answer, I appreciate it
Do you ever wonder about people in other religions having similar experiences and them saying their religion is the only true religion? How would you respond to that? Would you think they’re wrong? And if so, why?
I honestly haven't spoken to someone that was so certain about the truth from another religion. I've mostly spoken with Jews and Muslims, a few Buddhists, even new age people, but no one has been 100% certain. I'm sure there are those out there though. However, I would think they are wrong because I think they would be only picking up elements of the truth through their respective religion and not the full picture. This is a major deception because they are the denying the most crucial aspect to salvation; grace through faith. That is the one element that no other religion teaches. Our salvation is a free gift from Christ, and when you come to realize that (like actually believe), the Holy Spirit indwells in you and you willfully change. Basically, all religions have fractions of truth in them, that's why they seem "good". There is only one way into heaven though, and that is through Jesus. Think of it this way...if satan wanted to block humanity from heaven (after Jesus and the church was created) he would need to deceive them because most aren't going to be outright satanists. However, introduce elements of truth such as prayer,/meditation, worship, rituals, peace, unity, helping others ect., and then people think they "go to a better place" when they die by being "mostly" a good person. But they don't have the entire truth and that is what they need for salvation. No person is good enough to make it to heaven on works alone, no matter how kind they are. We are all covered in sin and that is what separates us from God in this time and space. We need Jesus; our faith in Him is the only way to the Father. Jesus acts as this metaphysical bridge that connects the chasm that was an effect from the fall. It's the cosmic loophole haha. This world has tried its hardest to reject that belief and make it seem fantasy in order to drag as many souls down as possible. I guess that's why I know they are wrong, because they are missing the only element that really matters in the end. They have a partial truth, but not the whole truth, and that missing element is the difference of everything.
No Judaism does not still worship Yah the Father. No one can worship the Father except thorough Jesus Christ. That is why the Jews invented the trinity, to throw you off track. "I and my father are one" person. There is no other. Without the Son you worship UN Cain. Period.
Do you even understand the trinity? God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit are one. Chicken egg, has three separate and distinct parts, but all three parts together make up the one egg. It is the same with water even though it can be a liquid, a solid (ice), and a gas (steam). It’s all water.
Titus 2:13 states the following and directly teaches part of the doctrine of the Trinity. …as we wait for the happy fulfillment of our hope in the glorious appearing of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ. He is referring to Jesus with both appellations. It would be like introducing the president by stating, “Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome the president and commander-in-chief of the United States of America.”
We see the same type of thing in 2 Timothy 4:1. I solemnly charge you before God and Christ Jesus, who is going to judge the living and the dead, and by his appearing and his kingdom…
Jesus (the Word) was with God before anything was made, implying that Jesus is not a created Being but always existed with the Father. Notice also that Jesus is the One through whom everything was ever created. If Jesus is not God, then God is actually “guilty” of sharing His glory with Jesus, something He said He would not do.
“For there are three who bear witness in heaven: the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one.” (1 John 5:7)
Gg
Jesus is the clone of God, made flesh in our reality. He did not exist before God allowed his creation. The Holy Spirit is the OS / aura that permeates and describes God's nature/power/authority. Neither Jesus nor the Holy Spirit walked the garden of Eden, nor were they standing with God when he opened a portal from Heaven and spoke with the 70 elders of Israel.
All of the powers and attributes of God described in Jesus are due to the fact that even though Jesus is a distinct entity from God, He still is God.
Jesus shows up often in the Old Testament—not by that name, and not in the same form as we see Him in the New Testament, but He is there nonetheless.
The theme of the entire Bible is Jesus Christ. One of the names that references to Jesus Christ was the "Word"
John 1:1&2 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2He was in the beginning with God. 3All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.”
John 17:24 “for You loved Me before the foundation of the world.”
John 17:5 “And now, O Father, glorify Me together with Yourself, with the glory which I had with You before the world was.”
Ephesians 3:9-11 “and to make all see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the ages has been hidden in God who created all things through Jesus Christ; 10to the intent that now the manifold wisdom of God might be made known by the church to the principalities and powers in the heavenly places, 11according to the eternal purpose which He accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord”.
2 Timothy 1:9 “who has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was given to us in Christ Jesus before time began,”
Just a short list of passages that God , Jesus. Genesis 1:2 makes it clear that the Holy Spirit existed before Adam and Eve and was present and actively involved in the creation too! The earth was formless and void, and darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was moving over the surface of the waters. Psalm 33:6, where we again catch a glimpse of the Spirit’s work in creation: “By the word of the Lord the heavens were made, and all the host of them by the breath [Spirit] of His mouth.”
If we look closer at the word “hovering,” we find that it conveys the idea of a bird sitting in a nest, hovering and brooding over her eggs, caring for the new lives. The same word is used to describe how “an eagle stirs up its nest, [and] hovers over its young” in Deuteronomy 32:11.
What a beautiful picture of God preparing to bring life into the world through His Spirit! God designed all of creation for life—our life. “By His Spirit [God] adorned the heavens” (Job 26:13), and they were designed with us in mind:
God worked through Jesus and the Holy Spirit to bring life into the dark, formless world at Creation, so also He now offers eternal life to any who repent and believe through the Spirit in the name of Jesus Christ (John 3:5, 6:63).
They worship the Father, reading the OT clearly defines that. However, they do not have salvation because they do not accept the Son. There is only one way to the Father and that is through the Son.
Depends on who you are talking about, those true Hebrews who were if the tribes, or those who say they are Jews of modern day? And even in old testament times there were infiltrators.
Now the infiltration is even worse. Do you know the Kabbalah or the Babylonia Talmud? It is so far from Our Father and His voice.
And do you realize. The disciples who were of the tribes became "christians"? They weren't trying to make disciples of the Jewish religion but as followers of Christ.
Yes I am talking about true Judaism. There are infiltrations, but true Judaism is still alive and well today. False Judaism stems more from a geopolitical factor than actual belief. The same thing can be said about Christianity. There are obviously very wrong sects within the church.
