I've bee training my entire life. However the past two years I decided to change that up by training outdoors and using what the earth provides to us.
Making my own trails in the bush, using sand bags to mimick dead weight, target shooting to really sharpen my skills, chopping wood, carrying boulders back and forth as long as I can, coupled with standard weight training, MMA etc.
Here's a tip to begin that doesn't require any physical labor- take ice cold showers without any warm water. Do this for 2 weeks and you will notice a massive positive change in your sleeping and energy. Then it will be easier to begin physical training.

Yea it's definitely not easy at the start lol. But if you think about it's not like our ancestors had hot water available at all times. Cold bathes, showers, dips etc was the way.
