He's just using electric power to separate hydrogen from oxygen in H2O. Then taking the hydrogen and running an internal combustion engine with it. It takes a lot of power to pull the hydrogen away from the oxygen.
It's stupid in my view. Much less efficient than just having a battery in the car.
Plus, internal combustion engines are very complicated and need many systems to function. Electric motors just need a controller and cooling system.
We need better batteries than lithium but they will arrive it is only a matter of time.
There was another guy who invented a motor that used a hybrid system.
I'm not technically capable as of yet but im working on it.
Basically you run a standard piston style motor but combust the hydroxy mix. As the piston comes down it injects water vapor at the right moment.
This causes superheated steam and gives more power in your stroke, than the hydroxy alone, plus you need less of it. It makes on demand production workable.
Electrolysis is not new. The problem has never been the generation of hydrogen, but the storage.
I do not think he knows very much more. I am willing to believe he worked at S2, but it would not surprise me if it turns out he was fooled into coming out with this information.
The UFO stories are insanely helpful as cover stories.
The hydrogen-oxygen bond is a very strong bond and it takes more energy to break the bond than is recovered when burning hydrogen. In other words, it takes more energy than you get back. By the way, it takes more energy to make the solar panels or wind generators than they ever produce. Figure a way to break the bond between hydrogen and oxygen so there is a net positive energy recovery and you will solve the worlds energy problems.
He never stated how much electrical power it took or how long. He said he connected to solar panels.
He tried to start a company to make these but could not source the material that goes in the tanks to store the hydrogen. I think it was called metal hydride. He said China had all those resources and would not release them.
Electrolysis is a terribly expensive way to make H2. Even large commercial scale facilities make it by stripping methane. Much less energy intensive. Can't imagine why anyone would think this is a good idea. If you have solar power, much more efficient to put those photons directly into a lithium battery. H2 is extremely difficult to compress and store.
I can't think of a single instance where electrolysis would be a good idea for this. I think Lazar just doesn't know anything about physics and isn't smart enough to realize this.
The Bob Lazar rabbit hole [Aliens] is what ties everything all together. For those who are ready, watch this. https://rumble.com/vucmqd-above-majestic.html
Interesting! I listened to it all. A lot of different subjects.

BMW H7

0-60 in 9.5 seconds.
Are you kidding me?
My pickup truck does better than that.
My plugin hybrid is around 5.5 seconds. No contest. I would leave an H7 in the dust.
Yes, I totally agree.

Do you think that battery technology has reached a standstill?
Do you realize that battery tech is used in every smartphone and that it is a big ticket item that virtually everybody on the planet is using?
So they are going to improve batteries. I don't think hydrogen has a chance in the marketplace.
My hydrogen powered phone begs to differ
So why did they not show the car actually driving on this hydrogen fuel?

Lazar is a fraud (and is heavily spook affiliated, if not an “asset” himself)
The only true stories regarding him are the suspicious death of his wife, and the brothels he ran and setup cameras in for blackmail purposes.
