Just a place for general discussion. A place to unload whats on your mind and talk about anything - personal, health, help needed, achievements, daily highs and daily lows, theories, predictions and what have you.

Lots of things happening. Shills are attacking left and right, so we must be over the target. School shooting, and right on cue, attack against 2A. Take a moment to let it all go and unwind.
Need to cut out any coffee, alcohol, smoking.
For food: celery seed, cilantro, saffron, lemongrass, black cumin, ginseng, cinnamon, cardamom, sweet basil, ginger and garlic are all very good.
Also spinach, swiss chard and beets, particularly beet juice and lemon juice.
Basically can make a lot of salads, with some spices and fresh garlic and lemon in homemade dressing.
She never smokes or drinks ad doesn't consume much caffeine. I was looking for advice on supplements actually. She likes cilantro, but she's Japanese and very set on a Japanese diet.
More sashimi and kobe beef, less rice. It's the carbs that cause high blood pressure, as I'm sure the carnivore and keto people can attest.
Japanese diet is one of the healthiest.
Let me correct it with "traditional Japanese food is very healthy diet".
