Besides that you're missing a few "regional" hubs. The isle of Man, Ireland, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Thailand, Israel (obviously), pretty much any Island nation (Bahamas, Virgin Islands, Caiman Islands, Caribbean, etc.), Switzerland (obviously), heck if you wanna be honest, China is the single largest money laundering hub on the planet.
The entire economy of China is the world's largest ponzi scheme. Money flows in from "foreign investors" to companies, projects, and "funds" that don't actually exist anywhere but on paper, or get funneled into local and national bonds that are actually less than worthless. And then It just goes "poof" a few months later, with no accountability. China's economy is one step away from total collapse as a result since this model was never sustainable in the long run, and with all of the "scrooge mcduck money" from the cabal drying up, they can't even stay afloat anymore.
You are correct. The full network is quite extensive (and appalling). This is from volunteer investigative work I did matching up tiers of the pyramid to the locations used by those at those tiers.
Note the cabal is very restrictive. You only get to use certain locations if you follow orders and are successful OR your family moves up in the rankings.
