Mass shootings occur in Democrat run cities ALL THE TIME. Just not popular for the media to talk about it because it highlights their horrible leadership and policies.

As do 'concealed carry' or open carry (legal) citizens stopping crime/murders when the police would be way too late to make a difference. The latest incident in Charleston is in no way an isolated incident and, I would wager, much more common than the school/mass shootings we hear about.
