I heard that the school door was unlocked and he just went right in. Isn't the school doors usually locked to those trying to open them from the outside? Don't know about the other questions, though I would like to know the answers also.

Why would the teachers’ entrance be unlocked?! Wouldn’t they all have magnetic badges or keys/key codes to get in? That stinks to high heaven.
