Pot-kettle-BLACK.

Sounds like an activation message for a sleeper agent, could mean two things:

Activation of a white hat agent/milestone reached for a project
The activation message used to activate a black hat sleeper (like the Uvalde shooter), a message from Kesh to the DS that “we know your comms”.
