Nox still plays around with the Liber Primus as of about a year or so ago. Once FBI / Pamphlet / Q Anons emerged in 2017 or so most of us migrated to decode / bake those. Q drops were most intriguing so here we are (via 4c/8c/8k/rGA/Voat/Poal/.win) etc...

Isaac Kappy in one of his videos mentions that Cicada was a recruitment process for the white hats for the coming Q operation.
I have posted about it going back a few years, but get little response, some people say its likely they are black hats, but I don't believe that.
