It starts when you come from another state and pay high prices for homes, inflating the housing market. That then inflates the whole economy. We true floridians live a simple lifestyle. Especially the northeast is responsible for pricing everyone out of the quaint beachside or urban areas, making our state just like yours. Fret not for the Sunshine State! As someone that moved from a very blue state New England state for florida this year I can say it’s been more common I find republicans moving here that are sick of the liberals ways where they came from.
