All the dimensions are the same; All the ratios of distance between eyes nose mouth.
Eyes, eyebrows, mouth, head shape, ears. All the same.

I have no theory. I'm just observing that Julian Assange and John G. Trump have the same face. It doesn't make any sense to me.
Trump doesn't need plastic surgery. What he needs is a beard. I think he would look great with one, but I've heard he doesn't like beards.
Assange has a wider nose tip
In OP's picture yes. But I this OP's Assange pic was taken close in with wide angle lens which makes things that are closer to the camera look bigger in relation to things even slightly farther away.
I don't see much difference in their noses in these pics.

I'm a veteran photographer and I understand lens distortion extremally well. But even in your examples the nose tip is different. As well as the mouth cheek fold. Assange's continues on an outward curve, away from the mouth while Trump's curves inward at the bottom turning toward the mouth. In addition to that the widest part of the face near the cheeks is wider on assange than on trump, giving them two different face shapes.
They look very very similar, but they are not exactly the same face. However they look similar enough that the possibility of being related is there. But they are in no way the same person.
They faces may be different ages, but it is the same face. You are getting in into the weeds here with tiny differences. After all, you can make the same person look quite different with changes in lighting, angles, and lens changes.
We don't have to agree on this. I'm not trying to push a theory or dispute anybody else's theory. I'm just saying it is amazing.

This would make more sense. Richard and John possibly being half brothers or something like that, carrying the dad gene but using the moms last name.. or John himself is a time traveler.. "Titor" is Assange? You never know!
