Quite the contrary, just last week I expressed hope that Durham’s case would go well and shot down others’ assertions that the judge was a Deep State asset. It’s not the judge’s fault Durham lost, it’s that he didn’t push back on the jury selections when he knew he was in hostile territory. And Durham will continue to lose cases until that changes.
