I am talking about what we can see with our own eyes. There ARE pilots who will admit it's flat. There are tons of resources out there (look into magnetic north re: your last question). And by the way, flat earth hits me right in the gut, it's not something I was able to come to easily..... my dad spent his entire career as an aeronautical engineer for NASA. I have NASA logo shit in my house (granted, now it's shoved in closets) and used to be so proud of that. Another "by the way", my dad's a great person and not "in on" anything. He was just another innocent cog in the wheel and I can't/won't, at this point in his life (he's in his mid 80s) even bring up the topic with him, because I don't want to shit all over his career at this point in his life....

The United States is roughly around 3000 miles from west coast to east coast. That's JUST the U.S. Now imagine how the planet is roughly 71% water, and how there are other large entire continents, of which our country does not even make up the full continent here.
You literally couldn't perceive a curvature at this altitude, and beyond that you are not seeing anything else that points to a flat Earth.
Water doesn't just flow off the side and magically reappear.

First: The planet is not a perfect sphere, because that's just not how it works.
Second: Across vast distances, you wouldn't know because it's an incredibly gradual change that isn't perceptible from ground level.
