IIRC, the ruling monarch for the Imperial house of England is also the head of the Church of England. So notice that it simply says mass, not Catholic mass.

They don't die, but they need a new body every 100 years. The first Queen Elizabeth had a painting done where she was holding a flower. The painting started chipping and revealed she was originally holding a snake instead of a flower. She lived almost as long as this one.
