Here’s some context about the horrors he endured, https://www.macleans.ca/society/theoren-fleury-was-abused-an-absolute-nightmare-every-day-of-my-life/amp/ I know many hockey players that billet in teens and were abused by men and women. Kinda across all sports but hockey you’d go live with host families and back then zero vetting.

As a hockey fan, I used to hate Theo so much that I wished he were on my team? He was that good... that he's not in the Hall is a disgrace!

Fleury will always be in our own GAW HoF for being one of the few true star athletes to publicly speak out against the Pedo State, as he was a direct victim by [their] acts, and then again by their cover-ups.

I salute you, Theo, big baller all the way
