Why do you see different stars in the Northern and Southern Hemispheres?
You didn't read a fucking thing.
Polaris up north, Southern Cross down south.
Duh.
Spez: Pearls before swine. I'm out.
Stop with the obscenities. It makes you sound desperate and irrational.
And yes, I read all of it. I just disagree with you.
So shut up with the filthy mouth.
Why don't YOU look at the ancient maps and see how they portray the earth.
Think about the hieroglyphics and petroglyphs carved all over the world and especially in places like Nazca, Peru where it is clear they had the ability to fly and were likely much larger people than we are today. If they drew the earth as a flattened circle or half-dome, there must have been a reason for it.
If the earth is a large, half- dome and you are on the northern half, you'll see the sky differently than what those down on the lower edge do, right? The actual earth may be much larger or much wider than we thought. And/or the 'stars and planets' may be much smaller and much closer than we thought.
During an eclipse, one part of the same country sees it differently than another part. Thus, one country thousands of miles south of another country will see the sky at a different angle also.
LOCATION on the curve and longitude determines what you see in the sky.
