This is all being done on purpose. Willingly. Wring your hands all you want, until our overlords are removed and their plan to subjugate the world is stopped, the "disappearing water" will never be allowed to come back. "Conserving" water by taking shorter showers and letting your lawn die is a drop in the bucket compared to the intentional release of stored water to the ocean. Climate zealots are in positions of great power and are making this happen to you, by design. If you believe the Psy-Op known as "global warming" you are being manipulated and lied to and are again, willingly part of the problem. That's what's going on here, Maynard.
God provides rain and we need to come back to that fact. How do you appeal to God? Repent and humble yourselves, ask for forgiveness, pray for rain, pray God would heal your land. We were just down there and it was hot and dry. A LOT of construction going on—building more and more homes. It is scary to consider what will happen when the faucets turn on and nothing comes out.
Here in Germany they now build houses on very, very good farming soil (90). No need for this, but they do it, because they are criminals.
I read about it in comments under YT videos, it is happening in different regions and nobody speaks about it officially.
