I went and got me a supplement from AlDi, kid you not only $3.00. I started at 15,000 IU daily until I felt better then lowered it to 10,000 IU. Now I take 5,000 IU daily and a little more when my “Fibromyalgia” flares start up. I can feel it throughout my entire body when I don’t take it. Doctor never told me to supplement. It’s the first thing I recommend to anyone when they say they just don’t feel well. That and a probiotic, which I also get at AlDi can do wonders!
my doctor told me to supplement. but she was forced into early Retirment for political reasons to be replaced by yes man hacks who don't question anything and just follow written policies, and never recommend anything not absolutely required.
How did you address the D deficiency?

She’s a rare gem!
for sure, the real tragedy in all of this is all the good nurses and doctors we lost.
Great news.
