I came across this interesting article and interview of Ron Wyatt near his death recounting the discovery and odd things that happened after. I suggest reading the transcript over listening to the call as his voice is quite weak. Seemed very honest along with the other video takes and facts related in the article.

you guys. there is no god. sorry.
Your very being knows there is a God. You just try your best to deny Him.
True. There is a god. But it sure isn't the one christians are following. Or muslims, or jews, or...pick a name. If you have to read the rule book, you're being manipulated.
What a sad life you live. Open your eyes, Muslim and Judaism have very messed up teachings. By the way, because of Judaisms belief in rabbi teachings post Jesus and Muslims belief in Muhammad post Jesus, Christianity is the “oldest” of the 3 Abrahamic religions, also interesting to note that the Bible is only proven more true as time goes on. One recent find is Paul in Acts went to a certain city in a certain region, shortly after that was written, the region changed names, people looking at the Bible said the Bible was wrong because X city wasn’t in X region. This was true at the time of the discovery, until they learned it actually had changed, and that info wasn’t discovered yet. Will have to re dig that info.
Not sad at all in fact, quite liberated. Just imagine not having to spend all of your time judging other people? You too could be free. Ask me how.
There is a God of all that is..that's billions of universes..there are trillions of planets..it's mind boggling but it is nowhere in the Bible...
Yep.
That is the "real" God.
So far from us we have trouble imagining God's immensity, so we limit him to the equivalent of supernatural tribal chieftains.
So near to us that he lives within our being and we live within His.
