4 years of incarceration should be capable of churning out folks with college degrees or vocational life skills to make a future living on, if prisons were really meant to reform, not just to punish.

Not everyone wants to learn, or is capable of learning, but the option should be there.

Yeah and it's especially frustrating thinking about people in on just drug offenses, going in not real criminals in my eyes and coming out more criminal-minded.
