He’ll get off on a technicality. the cops waited more than four hours to take his breathalyzer…. cases have been thrown out for waiting more than three hours.
those cops need to be fired.

To be fair you should always decline an on site breathalyzer. Whether sober or schwasted
I dont think you understand the level of tip toeing cops have to do ESPECIALLY in that case. Not to mention from what I understand there was someone hit as well? That medical response has to happen first. Then tows. He has to submit to the on site verison. Smart people decline. Then they have to get a transport officer to respond. Drive like 5mph the entire way so the Freddie Gray accusations dont happen. Then get his drunk as to wherever they have to do their breath/blood at. Takes a specially trained person. Most likely had to be called in from somewhere else. He was probably flexing Nancy a million times over causing the officers to have to cater to him for fear of being fired or starting another riot. Its way more than just forcing the dumbass to submit to the test. Plus search warrant to obtain the blood, have to bother a judge, wait for them, etc...
He will be charged the same way anyone else would or the same treatment of the Texas cops can be arranged for them....world-wide open mockery and ridicule that even death will not save them from.
