You kidding? How many times has the DS "convicted" one of it's own and given them a slap or community service or just found them "not guilty" after going through the "process"?
For all you know they could simply be doing this to sacrifice PP for a few months and make people forget until they start some other horrific shit.
It will probably be reduced to a minor traffic violation, if it makes it to his record at all.
But they'll probably slap him up with a fine, and make it look like they "punished" him. Then he'll go to Piglosi and tell her to make the taxpayer reimburse him for the fine.
They may sacrifice their own but until it's someone not really as easy to replace the last, you know if they're failing significantly in many things regarding their agenda and the funds for their schemes. At this point, it's only delaying the inevitable. Especially with Roe V Wade ending, these people didn't expect for this to happen even with their "guy." in power.
Kyle Rittenhouse is an example, nothing has happened to him legally at all and he's basically free to sue those who lied about him. Wouldn't be possible again if they even had the means to control the outcomes of various court cases and etc.
Yes, because this is their MO. Paul got off, they pushed his "court date" back two months...plenty of time to memory hole the entire thing while they have more distractions on the schedule.
I'm not saying something could potentially come from this, but this isn't a win.
Arraignments normally happen right after, you are correct. That's why this stinks, because it was pushed back two months. Two months is a long time for them to make this all disappear.
This is correct, but I'm pretty confident this is not the whole story or it's comms. The story I read whe it broke is that his BAC was .08, which is the legal limit, and about 3 glasses of wine for an elderly man of his size. I don't believe he would have been booked if thar is what it was.
He killed his brother drunk driving, but thar was decades ago and won't be a factor, but I think he has had other duis in the past ten years which will make for a harser penalty (or would for any plebs in that situation ).
Other points include, waited 4 hours to test (or earlier were lost), and those other duis...they were a bit to quick to claim "that was a different Paul Pelosi"...could be...he does have a son. Either way as I see it the DA hasn't reversed jack.
The Deep State is, by definition, not elected officials (or their spouses). They can sacrifice a few pawns here and there. The Pelosis probably paid a big fat bribe on their own without involving any large scale corruption besides what their millions can buy on its own.
If only, enter Obama appointed judge who is Pelosi's brother who dismisses the case on the grounds of police malfeasance because they took so long to perform a blood test. The swamp will protect their own.
If the Deep State was in control this wouldn't even be possible.

good point, but also why so late?
Sacrifice Pawn Pelosi for the BIGGER show hearing tonight?
I think it's to keep it fresh for mid-term voting

Not his court date...his arraignment. I'm thinking arraignment generally happens in 24 hours or so and then it's set for court date...could be wrong.

Bingo

Haha what???
