It is extremely important to think positively and stop watching mainstream media. Go for a walk, be in nature, and limit what you watch. You can be aware of what is happening in this world without letting it take over your life. In fact, once you step back a little bit it is easier to see the big picture.
Pay attention to your thoughts, when you notice a negative thought STOP. Force yourself to look at it from a positive perspective and after a while, this will become a habit and your anxiety will melt away.
When our minds are stressed out and fearful our cognitive abilities are greatly diminished. This is why they push fear so hard and why propaganda works so well. Fear is used to control us.
When we find peace on the inside we CREATE peace on the outside. Think mirror [Thought Mirror].
I am struggling to look away and just keep coming back here. My mental health suffers a great deal bc I’m so focused on what’s happening here too. I need to take a break from it all. It’s so addicting. And that’s dangerous too.
Go outside and soak up some sun. Plant something. Read a book. You got this. 👊

I have found that reducing and eventually eliminating concern for others' opinions of myself took a double-fisted crap ton of stress right out of my life.
Most people are idiots. I have learned not to give a damn about what idiots think, believe or opine.
And someone being family doesn't necessarily mean they're not idiots too.
Just do what you know is right and correct. Be as decent to others as you can manage. Believe what you know to be right and correct.
It's all about you, man. It's all about each of us. People want to disagree with you or waste your time, they can go pound sand. By now I've learned that I'm smarter than 99 percent of the people I deal with. Why would I listen to anybody but the others with me in the top 1%?
