We're a few hundred years late on this, but it's time we start circulating this idea through the masses. Anyone who breaks their oath is a traitor. No ifs ands or buts, no exceptions. All oath violations ARE treason. At a minimum, everyone who passes unconstitutional legislation must be removed from office and banned from ever serving in ANY government capacity ever again if not swinging from a tree. We have allowed too much compromise as is in the name of, or rather delusion of "civility". If you really want to help the plan and redpill people, call it what ot is: treason. And actually stick to it. Don't let any boot licking pussy faggots try to downplay your stance and if they label you as "crazy" laugh in their faces and double down.
No. I am not calling for J6 2.0. J6 1 was fucking stupid. No. Our fight begins when they try to enforce these unconstitutional edicts. When they try to red flag you, stand your ground with all the fire and fury at your disposal. There is nothing "legal" about any of this. Their power comes at the consent of the governed and at this time I do not consent and neither should any of you.
As for accountability, legal and peaceful. Start censuring your reps and then begin the process to recall all of them. But most importantly, do. Not. Comply.
Oath is technically an employment contract. Violation of an oath is technically breach of contract and automatic termination of conditional employment that is based on not violating the oath. I suggest getting copy of state official's oath of office and filing "breach of contract" lawsuit in Federal District Court pro-se (for yourself) without an expensive lawyer for $402 and see what kind of damage you can do.
I recommend Federal Court because most of the State Courts appear to be corrupt, bought off, or captured. Jurisdiction is Federal since all state contract law is based on common law that governs commercial activities. Contract common law actually predates the US Constitution, but is still codified in both general contract law and the UCC: http://jec.unm.edu/education/online-training/contract-law-tutorial/the-uniform-commercial-code-ucc
Here is the Federal Lawsuit form PDF for "Breach of Contract": https://www.uscourts.gov/forms/pro-se-forms/complaint-civil-case-alleging-breach-contract; Just fill it out and mail it into the appropriate Federal District Court with your check for $402. If you wish to expedite and minimize mailing fees, then include the Summons document for the Defendant along with the original filing. I recommend sending USPS Express Mail with green return receipt card (usually about $30 total).
Fantastic information, anon. I will see what if anything I can do.
You have to file Pro-Se because any lawyers with law licenses are getting their licenses pulled if they attempt any Constitutional Law cases against State or Federal officials.
I believe you can actually file 3rd party "color of law" violation lawsuits on behalf of J6 prisoners against the gov't lawyers and Merrick Garland for "due process violations", etc. You may have to research the correct way to do that and which court to file in (maybe the J6 prisoner home state or in your state's Fed District Court).
You basically make yourself Plaintiff #1 and J6 Prisoner Plaintiff #2, and file Pro-Se (act as your own lawyer) against the Gov't lawyer in their "personal and professional capacity". They do not have immunity for Constitutional violations and once you file a suit against them they are "conflicted out" and they have to remove themselves from the case, forcing the gov't to hire an additional lawyer or assign it to someone else..
Why are we supporting the J6 prisoners? Like Ashli Babbitt they’re 100% Antifa. They deserve much worse than they’re getting.
Unclear if they all Antifa. Some may be, but even if they are your enemies, the US gov't is setting a precedent that will be used against you later. So you might want to protect your fellow citizens' rights now, lest you will have none later.
We don't know. But even if they are antifaggot they still don't deserve inhumane treatment.
