My primary issue with it is that it talks as though it's the hikikomori's fault that they are the way they are yet it goes on to blame the pharmaceutical industry.
If vaccines and medicines are destroying people's minds and making them anxious/depressed/autistic, how can that be the person's fault? In the case of childhood vaccinations, it wasn't even their choice.
Agree, I had the same takeaway. There's nothing glamorous about being hikikomori but blaming them for being unwilling to participate in a rotten society is misguided at best.
