We finally found our 22 acres in a holler and I have been our there in a tent rebuilding a old cabin that was left. No wifi, no phone, no power other than a small generator. It was hot, ticks everywhere, shittin in a hole, shitty coffee that took me 3 tries to get right (French presses are great though), little bit of food like trail mixes, no showers..
At nite, dead silent, a small oil lamp and a fire, cool breeze, amazing stars...
Can't wait to get back there this Friday and do it again.

I just finished planting my silly little garden yesterday. I'm a little behind this year due to all of the rain we've been getting...for weeks...on end.
Exactly what we should be doing. They want you scared. They want you cowering away in fear. They want you to believe they're in control. Even just living your life is more than enough of a front to them and their efforts.

This, we went to the park yesterday, grilled out and did some yardwork yesterday. Oh and I washed my car.
