Barr, if he is nothing else, is a master at parsing his words. So, agreeing with others here, he doesn’t say the election was not stolen, he says it wasn’t stolen by fraud.

"Fraud" strikes me as something a dirty politician at a more local level might engage in.

A well-coordinated national-level "coup" on the other hand orchestrates all those fraud activities.

Barr is definitely a wordsmith.
