I am thinking----------
Voter/ballot fraud is when:
A voter intentionally gives false information when registering to vote A voter receives money or something of value in exchange for voting in a federal election or registering to vote Someone votes more than once in a federal election An election official corrupts his or her office to benefit a candidate or party (e.g., lets unqualified voters cast ballots)
Is what has happened in 2020, with machines and mules and mail in ballots etc. Is it actually all treason, sedition, insurrection etc. but not considered "fraud"? Is this why he laughs?

The question is what they did is called???
He used to say specifically "no widespread fraud", where widespread has no particular meaning. That's how one could tell a lie without lying, via deception and weasel words.
Note the use of the word "widespread":

Widespread can mean just about anything they want to interpret it as. "20 states had fraud?" That's less than half the states...sorry not widespread.
But when we have such a thing as a SWING STATE then the election can be fraudulent even without widespread fraud. Just one state is all it takes. Just one recount. Etc.
