Breathe. Could it be any more obvious that the way to heal the lungs (the breathing organs) is with breathing? Observe and understand the thoughts and emotions while breathing. It’s that simple.
Breathing is actually good. Combined with hot/cold therapy is even better. Throw in some walking.
Exposing the lungs to the cold and then right into the sauna. Such extreme temperature changes force our bodies and lungs to adapt. Extreme changes in temperature is also where our adrenaline kicks in too.
Hot/cold therapy was used for thousands of years to treat people with pneumonia. Or more recently the "Spanish Flu" outbreak.
I have asthma since 1995 after my daughter was born. I took shots for over 10 years to get off zyrtec and singulair. They did nothing. I got Ivermectin to see if it would help any of my autoimmune or asthma. It did not help the asthma at all not sure yet about the other autoimmune. I do a breathing type low impact workout daily. I still have asthma and the heat and humidity I can't even tolerate. Have to stay in air conditioning. I also did the Huda Clark parasite cleanse a couple of years ago. Did not help asthma.
Cold therapy is where you have to start. It is difficult to jump right into a high heat and humid environment given your situation.
I find that stretching is more important than low or high impact workouts.
