Hard to believe that EVERY officer has had yearly training in something called "Leadership"; yet the very few officers I have seen display anything close to "Leadership" are either in the Brig (for daring to ask about accountability after the Afghanistan fiasco), or have a blemish on their record for fighting to keep the rights that they swore to defend.
Do they still do the “up or out” thing? If so, he’ll keep getting passed for promotion then discharged. Even so, good for him for his courage and integrity.
It is about time! As soon as those three military doctors spoke up about the adverse events in the military, I thought the military would stop requiring it for fear of never-ending lawsuits. Then, with the release of the Pfizer trial documents and the circuit court rulings against the constitutionality of the mandates, I thought court cases would be easy to win.
But, the cabal strategy was to pressure as many to be vaxxed as possible with the threat of mandates before the courts started ruling against it. Then, they planned to shrug off the lawsuits, claiming they were following the guidance of the federal government. I hope Nuremberg 2 is what happens, instead.
NG told my son to bring in his gear and not to come back because he wouldn’t take the vaxx, but never discharged him, just said not to come back. So he said ok, here’s my gear.
I told him I was proud of him for not getting the vaxx and if we ever get in a war we are in trouble because everyone who got the vaxx is fucked. He said yes we are. Told him the vaxx gives people aids. Think I surprised him a little with the vaxx aids. He knew the vaxx is messing people up bad but don’t think he knew about the aids. So him and his wife will probably start digging for more about it now.
Cool. Now the people who all got discharged/forced to resign over it should start a class action lawsuit citing this
I think that will be the move. This is a very under rated decision. The precedent has now been set that this was deemed an unlawful order.

If you aren't a leader when you enter the service you will never be.
His record was flagged because of his conduct. Wear it as a badge of honor sailor.

Of course it wasn't.
