In the future, Covid "vaxxed" people are going to have a hard time getting medical insurance or finding jobs.
What company will hire people who are sick all the time? or have severe health problems that limit their work? There are some jobs that the Covid "vaxxed" won't even be considered for in the future.
It's going to be a tough life for some of them, depending on which Covid "vax" lots they got, and what dosage they took of the clot shot.
Are the vax records public accessible? No way to identify a jabbed person (other than by blood clots, shingles, and maybe a frozen half smile), so how would new employers screen for this?
I'm really surprised that insurance companies (life, mostly) haven't changed their requirements by now. Someone on this board suggested that ins companies have been promised bailouts if their claims paid exceeds a certain number, in order to keep the status quo and keep things quiet for a while longer.

I don't know about federal, but I do know about my state: https://health.mo.gov/living/wellness/immunizations/showmevax/
Employers don't need to screen for it, it's the insurance companies that will end up denying based off pre existing conditions.
The less people on the employers health plan the more expensive it's going to be for qualifying employees.
Someone will end up coming up with an incentive to gain qualified people.
