DEPRIVATION OF RIGHTS UNDER COLOR OF LAW
TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 242
Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, ... shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.
Seems rather clear cut to me, knowingly falsely imprisoning a citizen through blatant abuse of judicial powers is kidnapping.
They do what they want. You don't have any rights. All you have is what they allow at any given time.
Rights are never given. Those that are given are temporary privileges and permissions.
A right is something a person is willing to fight to take and die to keep.
And you're correct. At this time, we have no rights.
Rights are God given and as such can only be stolen or abdicated. Rights are NOT given by government, only acknowledged in righteous ones.
God gave us dominion over the earth and salvation if we're willing as individuals to accept it.
Earthly rights only exist for those willing to shed blood to take and keep them.
And we're not. Haven't been for a long time.
That is why we have ever-changing and shifting temporary and conditional permissions in place of rights.
