Its easy to undersell a mear 60 days when you've had YEARS taken from you and know people who have had DECADES stolen. Our legal system has been broken for a long fucking time. Some of us have been dealing with this bullshit for a very very fucking long time. Welcome to the fucking party.

I'm really not making light of it. I'm just stating a simple truth. Mentally and physically 60 days won't destroy her. She should count herself lucky. A fuck-ton of people have done way more time for way less. She's famous. She can write a book and get rich off it. The rest of us just go back to our lives and live in fear of the system.

And no I'm not a criminal. I don't even drink alcohol. I don't steal. I'm honest to a fault. Doesn't matter. All it takes is something like a self defense situation and the system just grinds you up and spits you out. No one gives a fuck about you. It actually reminds me of Judge Dredd a little if I'm being honest. I've experienced it first hand.
