Is the gold cache the IRL version of Wakanda and vibranium?

I've done a lot of research on the value of collodial silver and gold nutritionally. If Trump, Musk, Q Team, etc can somehow influence what happens from here, is this what powers the medbeds or vaccine antidotes?
