In reality the Bill of Rights and the Constitution do not grant us any rights. What it does do is spell out in simple terms what the Government cannot do. The Constitution and Bill of Rights are describing the boundaries that the Government cannot infringe upon. God has given us these rights, the Founding Fathers were just wise enough to recognize it and wrote it down for the feeble minded.
