Veganism is anti-human. We are not meant to be vegans. There is not, and never has been a culture that eats a vegan diet. Never. That should tell you something about how important it is to eat animal foods. Dairy, meat, eggs. All good for you. Maybe some people have trouble with milk, but most of us can handle milk and milk products. But that is not enough to promote veganism. It is early death. It is not good. It promotes poor mental health. Don't do it, and especially, don't let your children eat vegan. They need the vitamins and minerals and fats found in animal products. You and not your children, are in charge of the family diet!!
TECHNICALLY you could eat a vegan diet and be perfectly healthy, BUT it is an extremely difficult thing to do. Which is why most of these vegans all look like sickly ghouls.
There's a reason most herbivorous animals have multiple stomachs, they get far more out of the greens then we do.
You have to eat a shitload of greens and a very diverse variety to get everything your body needs. Whereas animal meat and products are far more nutrient dense because the animal has already done all the work.
No, technically you cannot. Vegans claim that by combining different plant foods, they can get all of the essential amino acids that the human body needs. While it is true that all plant foods are deficient in one or more essential amino acids, and by combining the plant foods, there will be all the essentail amino acids from the variety of foods, it is not true that this is healthy.
The amino acids in plant foods are in the wrong proportions, and are not well-absorbed (bioavailable) by the human body. Therefore, there will still be deficiencies.
Animal foods include all the essential amino acids, in the correct proportions, and in a highly bioavailable form for humans. Plants have none of these characteristics.
Plus, plant foods are deficient in vitamins and minerals, compared to animal foods, and plants also include anti-nutrients which block absorbtion of key micronutrients, while animal foods do not.
Just no comparison, if we are talking about what is best for human health.
Why do you think Bill Gates and the other gouls want everyone to eat plant foods? For their health? Hahahahahaha.
Yes, but most people do not understand HOW it works.
Ruminant animals, such as cattle, have multiple chambers in their stomach (not multiple stomachs). These chambers serve different purposes for digestion.
The first chamber has trillions of bacteria. Bacteria are the ONLY thing on planet Earth that can digest cellulose/fiber. Humans have ZERO bacteria in our stomach. Our digestive bacteria are in our colon -- at the END of the digestive system (to clear out the trash that is not supposed to be there in our diet).
Ruminants have the bacteria in the first chamber so that the bacteria can digest the grass (cellulose). Then, the animal reguritates it back up to the mouth to "chew their cud." Then, it goes back down for more bacteria digestion. This back-and-forth process happens all day long, which is why cattle are always chewing.
They can chew the same grass 200 times, before the liquid that the bacteria leave behind goes on to the next chamber of the stomach. Eventually, this liquid is converted into fatty acids, which is what the animal lives on. Even though cattle eat grass, they do not get their energy from carbohydrates. They get it from fatty acids that are derived from the digestion process.
They also get protein from the various bugs they ingest along with the grass.
Thank you, explained it better than I did, tried to make the same point.
Vegan diet bad, meat good lol
