It's hard to tell. But he is wearing XXXL Queen-sized opaque support pantyhose and extra strong girdle to camouflage his obese belly and hairy legs.

(He's too fat to bend over to shave them, so opaque tights it is!)

His wide-apart stance and shapeless flat shoes makes it easy to spot the Tranny.
