Hell it was happening in the Obama years, I shared a link to an article as someone else here posted something yesterday about the feds buying a bunch of ammo. Personally, I think they do it to make it hard on the public to get ammo and stock up.
My theory: These are agencies that had leftover budget money for the fiscal quarter, so the Biden admin is using their collective budget space to supply ammo for intelligence community scumbags who are no longer funded through narcotics and human trafficking.
The Federal Gov't is made up of pedes, just like you and me. We are your neighbors, your friends, the person in the pew behind you in church, we are everywhere.
We are civilians, we are retired veterans, we are battle hardened combat soldiers, we are software programmers, engineers and technicians.
The Government cannot rise up and put Americans down; without support from the grass roots up. It's not gonna happen.

Hey, divided the irs bullets by the armed employees and you get about 218 rounds per officer. Over 5 thousand work for IRS including additional armed security during income tax and corporate tax season. Lots of bomb dogs.
And OBAMA made this look like child's play. Obama did it to take ammo off the market so we could buy it.
